WE Investigations Inc. is a process serving and private investigation company headquartered in Fort Washington, Maryland. Established in 2007 we are committed to providing our clients with highly trained and experienced Process Servers and Investigators.

At the helm is Wayne Engram, who is President and Founder. Prior to becoming a Private Investigator, Wayne served as a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police Department in the District of Columbia, then served as a Special Agent for two federal agencies Drug Enforcement Administration & Food and Drug Administration. Most recently, Wayne served as Security Branch Chief, at the Department of Justice, Executive Office for United States Attorneys. The Security branch provided security support to 93 US Attorney’s offices, located throughout the United States. Prior to Wayne's retirement from the federal service, he served as Security Branch Manager at the US Government Accountability Office.
